Check valves
Check valves are installed in the down stream of the pressure generator such as pumps and prevent the reverse flow. Two plates are opened by the force of fluid flow, and closed by spring and back pressure when the flow stops. As a result, the reverse flow is prevented.
We handle two representative types of check valves.
Super Check Valves
Two semicircular plates are mounted to the valve body by spring and hinge pin. The plates are closed by spring and back pressure when the flow stops.
Super Lite Check Valves
One discal plate is fixed to the upper part of the valve body, and the plate opens and closes depending on a change of pressure or flow rate of the fluid. Because of very simple strucure, Super Lite Check Valve is versatility.
